Established in 2008 initially between the owners of Engender Partners and Carpathian PLC to fulfil the role of Property Investment Adviser to this AIM Listed public property investment company and now under sole ownership of Engender and senior management.
Carpathian PLC has retail property investments in seven countries throughout Central and Eastern Europe, with value predominantly concentrated in Poland.
Following the global credit crunch, and a strategic review of the company a corporate plan was recommended by CAM. This involved stabilisation of certain core assets and renegotiation of key loan arrangements.
This plan was adopted by the Plc Board and is currently under implementation with a view to maximising the capital return to shareholders.
The CAM team is based in London and Warsaw and comprises property, legal and financial professionals, necessary to fulfil the management of this listed Plc’s activities throughout its operational territories.
